These terms govern your use of Pagine, provided by Mwamb LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Pagine

Pagine is intended for use by parents and legal guardians to track reading activity on behalf of their children. Accounts are created and controlled by an adult.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Co-parent access

If you invite a co-parent to a child's profile using a share code or email invite, you are responsible for confirming that person's identity before sharing access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Pagine, including attempting to access another user's account or data without authorization, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

Pagine uses third-party services, including Firebase (authentication and analytics) and book data providers (such as Google Books and Open Library), to provide core features.

Disclaimer

Pagine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pagine after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
