🐧 Penguins

Penguins are birds, but they cannot fly.

Their wings work like flippers to help them swim fast.

Most penguins live in the southern half of the world.

Emperor penguin fathers keep their eggs warm on their feet.

A thick layer of fat and tight feathers keeps penguins warm in icy water.

Listen carefully, then answer.

1.Can penguins fly?

2.What do penguins use their wings for?

3.Where do emperor penguin dads keep their eggs?

One new fact I learned:

Answer key: 1) no · 2) swimming · 3) on their feet
